Since 1991, Mark and Jill Glick have operated Mossy Wind Farm along the banks of Mossy Creek in Augusta County, Virginia. What started with commercial poultry has grown into a multi-generational operation specializing in registered Red Angus cattle.

Mark manages the farm full-time while Jill supports operations alongside her local school district role. Their daughter Ally, a healthcare professional, and her partner Peyton Fravel, a licensed Virginia auctioneer, continue the family tradition—raising organic poultry, sheep, and cattle in Fulks Run while actively supporting Mossy Wind's customer relationships.
